The processes of sea and road transportation, port and warehouses operations, distribution services were traditionally managed as separate commercial activities. We have broken this stereotype by our work.
The objective of our work fully conforms with the main rule of logistics — «The Rule of 7 R» — the right product with the right level of expenses, of the right quality, in the right quantity should be delivered at the right time to the right place and the right consumer. The term «right» here means «according to the contract» or «according to the rules determined by the parties». Negligence of even one of those conditions will result in the loss of the clients and, consequently, of a certain market share.
Our clients are interested in the combined character of service provided by the freight-forwarders, for example, carrying their freight by different kinds of transport, customs clearance, certification of goods, attendant services, provision of full information about the cycle of services rendered, etc.
The recent studies have shown that 60-70% of the demand of our clients is the demand for the complex freight forwarding services. Clients constantly insist on «rendering of wider and comprehensive set of services. Their behavior shows us that the service providers like us should not focus on a restricted number of operations. It is also obvious that the majority of companies, our clients, have the permanently growing wish to co-operate with only one freight forwarder — a logistical provider rendering the whole complex of logistical services.
